The draft consensus definition of „African Diaspora“ during the Meeting of Experts held on 11-12 April 2005, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is:
„The African Diaspora consists of people of African origin living outsid the continent, irrespective of their citizenship and nationality and who are willing to contribute to the development of the continent and the building of the African Union“

| Hebrew Israelites in Germany/Frankfurt celebrate Hebrew Holy Day of Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement according to the Hebrew Bible 3. Book of Moshe Chapter 23:23-32.
Yom Kippur is the Holy Day of spiritual reunification with YaH, the Creator of the Heaven and the Earth. It is a Shabbatical Holy Day, Day of Rest, Fasting and Spiritual Purification. It serves as a time of reflection and restoration of harmony between the members of the nation. It always falls in the season of "Harvest", around September/October. It has been instituted by the African/Edenic Brother Moshe "The Lawgiver" after the Great Exodus from Ancient Egypt into Canaan(Palestine/Israel) "The Promised Land". It starts at sunset and ends at sunset of the following day.
